Something different for Relay For Life!

So today I wanted to post something a little different. I wanted to share a contest with you! Please take a moment to read this over for an amazing cause!

The Best DJ on the Grid Competition is a Relay for Life of Second Life event that reflects A Stand for Hope’s desire to reach out to the music industry for the best of the best.

Who benefits?  We ALL do. We get to hear great music and we financially support the American Cancer Society’s programs through the Relay for Life of Second Life.
The numbers:  4 weekends, 8 DJs, 3 judges and innumerable kiosks.

I love how lightly tinted this leather jacket is. It is just enough to reflect the color of your choice but dark enough to keep it simple. I have always had a soft spot for my darker styles and this one fits the bill! It is well textured and still amazingly detailed (its not just dark and flat!). With the top being so open fronted, it allows you to show off your awesome tattoos which is always a bonus! Feeling Rebellious with JK. Style & Lamb & blackLiquid

So what am I wearing today? I am wearing my Mesh Maitreya Body for starters! Yeah I know my boobs look great right? Well I wanted to flaunt them with this beautiful open sweater that is lightly belted on the lower end of my waist line. This is both rebellious and flirty but still keeping it covered and classy. I paired with with a pair of hot and tight leather pants by JK Style. These pants are beautifully textured mesh and fit like a glove.

And what did I accessorize with? Well definitely with LaVian & Co & [[LD]]. This hair right? Its awesome! It is from somewhere new to me and I just love it- Thank you Lamb (MP Link)! I do not do short very often but I can rock it! Now, I want to talk about something very important. Something I obsess over in RL too: a good lipstick. Now, I don't know about you, but you may have seen this black quite a few times. Do you want to know why, because it is literally my favorite ever. The fit of these lipsticks are to die for and if you do not own your own blackLiquid lipsticks, you are really missing out. I have never had a lipstick I love so much in SL. I don't own all her colors but my goal is to get them all. I LOVE her stuff and this post really is a big thank you for having such AMAZING products. So like I said I would be doing semi raw shots for when I style looks for my shifts! Take a quick snapshot so I can share it all with you! Today's post is for LaVian! For this shift I styled the amazing gown created by Sage! This stunning gown comes with three different lace options (black as seen above, white and matching). The color change HUD offers you a vast array of color options! I paired this look with the new Vich shoes! Currently on the Mon @ LaVian boards in stores! Artisan Days ft. Ghee

So, this was a style I did for the Ghee Girl Competition, but unfortunately I was unable to get the photos in on time (thank you morning sickness all day). But I love the way it looks so I wanted to finish it to share with all of you. So clearly this outfit features Ghee!

I had a lot of fun putting this look together and love the way it turned out and I hope you do too! So I started with one of my favorite styles, the artisan dress and boots. I just love the textures and color palates available in this set. I am wearing the limited edition (it is a lighter purple but I do believe there are a few left!). But there is a darker purple available otherwise! The limited edition comes with 3 unique colors so it is definitely worth it! I paired with the matching cloche hat with an embroidered band. I paired this with the Fall 2015 nail HUD for a beautiful matching pink. I then styled in earrings from Ghee! Yes I know! They have a lovely set called Rosestone! I paired this with their awesome 10L bangles in black! I know I know so much Ghee!
