Something different for Relay For Life!

So today I wanted to post something a little different. I wanted to share a contest with you! Please take a moment to read this over for an amazing cause!

The Best DJ on the Grid Competition is a Relay for Life of Second Life event that reflects A Stand for Hope’s desire to reach out to the music industry for the best of the best.

I love how lightly tinted this leather jacket is. It is just enough to reflect the color of your choice but dark enough to keep it simple. Feeling Rebellious with JK. Style & Lamb & blackLiquid

And what did I accessorize with? Well definitely with LaVian & Co & [[LD]]. Now, I want to talk about something very important. Something I obsess over in RL too: a good lipstick. Now, I don't know about you, but you may have seen this black quite a few times. Do you want to know why, because it is literally my favorite ever. The fit of these lipsticks are to die for and if you do not own your own blackLiquid lipsticks, you are really missing out. I have never had a lipstick I love so much in SL. I don't own all her colors but my goal is to get them all. I LOVE her stuff and this post really is a big thank you for having such AMAZING products. So like I said I would be doing semi raw shots for when I style looks for my shifts! Take a quick snapshot so I can share it all with you! Today's post is for LaVian! For this shift I styled the amazing gown created by Sage! This stunning gown comes with three different lace options (black as seen above, white and matching). Artisan Days ft. Ghee

So, this was a style I did for the Ghee Girl Competition, but unfortunately I was unable to get the photos in on time (thank you morning sickness all day). But I love the way it looks so I wanted to finish it to share with all of you. So clearly this outfit features Ghee!

I had a lot of fun putting this look together and love the way it turned out and I hope you do too! So I started with one of my favorite styles, the artisan dress and boots. I just love the textures and color palates available in this set. I am wearing the limited edition (it is a lighter purple but I do believe there are a few left!). But there is a darker purple available otherwise! The limited edition comes with 3 unique colors so it is definitely worth it! I paired with the matching cloche hat with an embroidered band. I paired this with the Fall 2015 nail HUD for a beautiful matching pink. I then styled in earrings from Ghee! Yes I know! They have a lovely set called Rosestone! Work Day Grind ft. Snowpaws, Lazuri & Tableau Vivant

So its Monday for me, and its back to work. I have had a lot of RL obligations to past few days and this pregnancy is really kicking my ass! But now its back to work! I have since acquired two new sponsors (posts to come)! I cannot wait to show you all I have in store! So today as I sit in my office I was inspired by Snowpaws wonderful Serenade dress in plum! I know how odd I keep blogging colors? :o But I couldn't sway from the darker side of me that influenced my accessories.  The thing I love about this dress is the reality of its simplicity. Its just so easy to wear, the lines and cut on it are not only flattering in SL, but I can easily see this translate into something I would wear RL that most body types could feel confident in and that's something I really love. This pieces texture and fit are just wonderful as always! Also, you might have noticed, I have a new favorite hair store! I am in love with this color! Upcoming 55L Thursday @ LaVian & Co.

So this is going to be a new segment of my blog! Since I do a fair amount of in-store modeling I want to show you the awesome designs! So these are going to be more raw shot like and not background edited! I will take these on spot while modeling them just as a way to show you whats new and going on with the awesome designers in my life!

So today's shift, is LaVian & Co. ! And its Thursday (well here it is.... probably not for you yet)! So do you know what that means? New releases! Yes I just about barely had time to style a look for today's shift right before. I logged in and checked our releases and fell in love with a dress called Unwritten (I am wearing Bag 2). This high fashion chic piece offers style that is easy to wear and so universal. Coming in so many amazing prints and colors you can't go wrong! I paired this with the Amity Pumps also by LaVian & Co.

So what were my finishing touches? A pair of classic white bangles by LoLa, Cristal hair from Tabelau Vivant and a stunning dark nude lipstick from {MUA}. I wanted to keep this simple as a way to show you, you don't need to go overboard with the styling when the dress is this good. It is more then a dress its a statement piece! Laying to Rest A Beautiful Soul ft. Ghee

I wanted to make this post in honor of a beautiful soul that was lost to early in this lifetime. Loss is never an easy time in life and I am very happy that I was able to stand by my fiances side and be there for him to the best of his ability while he works through this challenging part of life. On a happier note, this outfit is killer - I know terrible timing huh. But the detail of this set (which includes the pill box hat, the dress and the shoes) is amazing right? Price? Today I have for you another amazing piece by Snowpaws. This new release is just stunning. I was literally in awe and I had such an awesome time styling this look. This windswept gown was just perfect to hope on the ice and go. I felt like a princess. and I just had to go something different! It took me forever to get it just right with how I wanted it but this dress can be styled so many different ways its amazing. Wear it on the beach, to an event, on the ice, lounging around, shopping, you name it!The textures of this dress are elegant and poised to represent a detailed lace. If that isn't enough the crown to match is so detailed I just about fainted! This mesh dress comes in a variety of mesh sizes, regular clothing layers/alphas, and mesh appliers as well (Omega & TMP).

 I do not normally play with colorful hair when styling but this one just spoke to me. I really wanted to try something different and I just love the way it turned out!And I hope you enjoy!

Party Night ft. Ghee

So, I know for most of the world its still Thursday but its Friday here and I am ready to party! So why not show you all my new favorite party outfit from Ghee. I am very fortunate to work with these lovely ladies and I am just in love with the new collection which can be see at the Ghee Blog.

I wanted to go with a really simplistic style for this because I really do think the outfit is just so stunning. It is so detailed. I have it worn on my Maitreya Mesh Body and you can see it fits like a glove! It really is quite wonderful! The color I am wearing is Freesia and its a stunning hot pink. For me, working at Ghee I have noticed that they have amazing colors and so much of my wardrobe is neutral or black and white. So I am really going to work on incorporating color into my styles.

This outfit is composed of three amazing Ghee items: the Karis Top, Palazzo Pants and the Lana Heels (for slink high feet). I have also styled with the Fall 2015 Nails HUD for a perfect freesia match from Ghee. This outfit is just so damn fun. It works great to dance with as it has amazing movement, it is well textured and the shadowing is awesome. They really outdid themselves with this collection.

 So time for another update featuring the lovely ANGELIC DIVA. When  I received the Donna Lucia Outfit, I fell in love. There is so much glam and casual in SL you can pretty much throw it all into the same categories but I thought this was just so different! It is classy, elegant and amazingly textured. The lace on this mesh if one of the most realistic I have seen in a long time, almost so that I haven't worn it in ages (despite my love for it).  This dress reminds me something that royalty would sport for a casual outing so I styled it so! With stunning jewels and a classic pointed shoe this outfit made me swoon. You can wear it out shopping, you can wear it to a buisness event, you can wear it to a semi casual event or an evening party. It is so versitile. And like all of SL new addiction to mesh bodies, I decided to show this stunning gown on my Maitreya Lara Body.

This outfit come with the hat, clutch and dress which is just amazing to begin with! Falling in love with Ghee & MUA

So, I have a new store that makes me melt, well its not new and I have always loved their stuff but I am happy to announce I now work for them as a store model: Ghee! Well its's not that I was lazy, which I am, but its just I wanted to show the raw amazement of this lipstick. I have been meaning to blog a MUA product for a while as I have soooo many that I love but I have been so busy! This  one thou, I am in love with. So let's start it off with a post featuring a stunning ballerina dress from Snowpaws.This stunning gown was a huge challenge for me as I am new to mesh body and I was determined to figure it out! Lazy Sunday ft. Hilly Haalan

We all have those lazy days, and for most its Sunday (despite it being Monday here in Australia) I think my body clock just hasn't caught up yet. So for today I wanted to feature something for the lazy kinda days when you really just want a stunning outfits that isn't to hard to put together. I fell in love with this outfit walking down the runway during the premier show that Hilly Haalan held. I bought it on the spot and I think it is just perfect. I have been meaning to blog this for a while but I don't love it any less, life has just been so busy.

This outfit come with the jacket, pants, purse AND shoes! Its a one shop folder'd outfit! Maybe add a ring if you like, some casual hair, your favorite lipstick and you are ready to do!
