Blast From The Past ft. Ghee

 Sometimes, while cleaning your inventory, which I swear never ends, you find marvelous pieces that you forget you had or picked up. For this reason I have started a word doc, and I am taking screenshots of all new items that come into my possession that I love and want to share, so I will always have that visual to scroll through, grab a piece and be inspired! 

I wanted to share one with you. Over the weekend, to get my cooped up homeschooled kids out of the house I had to bundle up and take them out to that park. It was so cold, but we had so much fun; ended the adventure with a trip to Tims. 

And when I saw this outfit, I just knew next year I really need to buy myself a new winter coat, and I would love to find something like this. I love a good fur trimmed coat and the red is really vibrant here. The corset detailing on the back is just such a nice fitted touch. 

This group gift came with an awesome pair of gloves and boots to make it a complete set. How easy is that., To complete this look I went with a hat that reminded me oh so much of the one I bought this year and a haircut I am considering making in my first life. Who has time to brush their hair with young kids anyways? Hair like this makes me want to chop it all off!

So I love a good tattoo, I am actually trying to draw my next two out for my First Life, but unfortunately my SL tattoo wardrobe isn't quite a large as I would like. Probably because I am so picky in the quality of the art I find. But this piece was so beautiful I had to share it!

 I have really been enjoying playing with color. During quarantine I came across the Trinny London Facebook page. She has a serious on monochrome looks, and its been so interesting to watch her transform single pieces so broadly even with simple colors and patterns which I think greatly inspired this look. Just loving the ocean like vibes of this color palette. We are back in lockdown, home schooling is continuing and I would just love to be somewhere with this view out my window.

 The holiday season and the slew of gifts and gift cards left my inventory overflowing with joy. Over the last few days I have been unpacking and organizing, because lets face it my closet is a mess, and while doing so I couldn't help but throw together a quick new look too share. Its back to school (virtually) and I am now home schooling; hopefully not for long. So I will keep this short and sweet.

The hair, is from a store I have recently discovered. It's perfect. So sweet. Great flow, easy to pose and style. Great quality and is a free gift. Honestly, I can see myself using this ALOT!. Grab a taxi and check them out here.

Entice was another store who gave out a gift card this Christmas and I could not walk past these pants. So much fun, come in a variety of colors and really make a beautiful statement.  Happy New Year Everyone. Hope you had a great time with your loved ones to the best of your ability this crazy year.  Last night, while working on my inventory, organizing, unboxing goodies; I got really inspired. I was going to finish my inventory before posting again but I could not stop myself. 

So cheers to a collaboration between the old and the new as we move into another year of unknown.

One of the things I love about all the Christmas Events is learning about new stores. One I learned of is called Ayashi. Let's just say I have been looking for new hair since my return, trying to find me "it places" and this will definitely be one of them. They are such bold and playful styles, and their color palette rocks.
